In the Executive Tower of the Prisoner Mine, some guards report to headliner “Solitaire” that someone stole the keys to the prisoners’ Seastone handcuffs. The Raizo watches Luffy from a distance, the mysterious man in the cell talks to Raizo. That man is KAWAMATSU. He asks if Load Momonosuke is safe or not.
